1. VIP Rock Zone ticket holders are entitled to early entry to concert venue and 1:1 photo opportunity. Ticket holders also stand a chance to win access pass to Fan Sign Session.
2. 1:1 Photo Session for VIP Rock Zone ticket holders are limited to 100 tickets only; Professional photography equipment brought by attendees is strictly prohibited. JioBuddy will provide an official photographer for the session, and photos taken will be made available to participants via email after the event day.
3. 20 lucky winners from VIP Rock Zone ticket holders will be randomly selected for Fan Sign Session through a system-generated lucky draw. The announcement of lucky winners will be made after 07 March 2024 on JioBuddy Facebook and Instagram, and Fan Sign Session will be done after the 1:1 Photo Session on the event day.
4. JioBuddy will contact the 20 lucky winners for the Fan Sign Session to inquire about the items to be brought for autographing. JioBuddy shall have full rights to reject any prohibited items found.
5. Access passes for the 1:1 Photo Session and Fan Sign Session can be redeemed at the venue lobby on the event day from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Latecomers will not be entertained and shall be disqualified from claiming fan benefits.
6. 100 lucky winners from each Rock Zone & VIP ticket holders will be randomly selected for Signed Poster through a system-generated lucky draw. The announcement of lucky winners will be made after 07 March 2024 on JioBuddy Facebook and Instagram, and the Signed Poster can be claimed at the venue lobby on the event day, redemption counter will open at 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Latecomers will not be entertained and shall be disqualified from claiming fan benefits.
7. All claimants shall appear individually and may not assert claims on behalf of others.
8. Each ticket shall be exclusively for ONE individual claimant; the tickets are strictly not allowed to be exchanged, re-sold, or refunded.
9. By participating in this event, you grant JioBuddy and its authorized representatives the right to take photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of you and your likeness during the event. You hereby grant JioBuddy the perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such materials for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to, online and offline promotions, advertising, social media, and press releases.
10. JioBuddy reserves the rights to make changes to the T&Cs without prior notice.
